Our unique ground floor holiday apartment on the Baltic Sea offers space for up to 4 people – whether big or small! The apartment is modernly furnished and has its own garden next door, where you can relax and let the Baltic Sea air blow around your ears. The living room and the two bedrooms are connected with two paneled doors, typical of the historic old building. So you have the choice between open living space on the whole level and separate rooms with more privacy. The apartment on the mezzanine floor can be easily reached via six steps.
The Amanda mill is within walking distance. The mill is one of the landmarks of the town of Kappeln and not only known for its historic charm, but also for the registry office located there.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has a large, comfortable 1.80 x 2.0m bed and offers plenty of living space, as well as a bay window where you can sit down and read a book. In addition, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers offer enough space for your clothes. The room can be easily darkened with opaque curtains – perfect for late risers.
In addition to the master bedroom, there is also a very comfortable and spacious guest bedroom with a high bed and the typical old building flair with high ceilings. The view goes out into the garden, while the modern furnishings of the holiday apartment leave nothing to be desired. The large bed is suitable for two people.

The modern bathroom has a toilet area and a separate shower area. This way, several people can relax and get ready at the same time. The bathroom is also modern and convinces our guests with gray tiles and the shower has a handsome glass front.

Our prices are per night and do not include final cleaning. Arrival is possible from 4 p.m. The apartment must be returned by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

The town of Kappeln is located on the Schlei not far from the Baltic Sea and is not only very popular with sailors. From here many excursion boats start in the direction of Schlemmünde. The city center offers many shopping opportunities and the harbor mile is known for its variety of restaurants. The smallest town in Germany, Arnis, can be reached by bike along the Schlei in 15 minutes. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes by car. The golf course can be reached in 15 minutes. The nearest larger cities are Eckernförde in about 30 minutes and Kiel and Flensburg in 45 minutes. There are international airports in Hamburg & Lübeck.
